Our team has been using a file sharing solution from www.teveren.com for a few months now, we are very happy with the results, I recommend it to any small business looking to share files.

ya file sharing helps a lot for working in a team. it is always great to work in a team this makes the working experience more efficient. But cloud computing services a little bit costly. i prefer to use ftp software if need some low buget file sharing otherwise cloud computing services are best. we can also share file for free from many websites but there is a security risk there. well this is a great post thanks for sharing this.

Always like to see info on Cloud Computing! Looks like Australians are starting to wake up to it now with Telstra announcing a $500m spend this week on cloud computing services.

Thanks Simonne for the insight on Egnyte. I have been using Sale Force, and while they are a great company they are fairly expensive.

cheers!

Hi, thanks for the tip. I looked at Engyte but it is a little too pricy for me. I run a small business doing image and document copyrighting services for clients. I'd been looking for a solution for while that would not only allows me to store my files online but allow me to collaborate with clients, and share file easily.

It took a while but I finally settled on SMEStorage.com. This service allows me to easily sync my local files to Amazon S3 by using their private cloud / public cloud syncing. It works like this. I setup an FTP Server that maps to a directory where I keep client files. I plug this directory into their private cloud solution which treats and FTP directory as a private cloud. I can then access these files online if I want to. I then choose to do a scheduled sync which takes these files and syncs them up to Amazon S3 at regular times of the day.

I've setup a collaborative business group with each client which allows me to not only easily share files but also allows clients to upload new ideas / files themselves to the same workspace.

I find the whole things works really well for me and really fits in well with the way our small distributed team works.
